Wondering which kit lot you are using? Lot numbers can be found on the kit box, foil pouch, and packing list on the outside of the shipping box.
For older kit lots, contact us directly. We have certificates available for every kit we have made, going all the way back to the beginning of 2008. If you have identified a gap in your records and don’t know which lot you had at a specific time, our records include the lot number and shipping date for each customer. Due to our accreditation to ISO 17025 as a testing laboratory, we maintain all records for at least seven years (and often much longer).
Our PTMSM certificate is accessible through the AOAC Research Institute. This certificate is updated annually, with the 2025 certificate available here.
