COMMITMENT TO
OUR COMMUNITY

GIVING BACK
IN THE GLUTEN-FREE COMMUNITY
EZ Gluten® was originally designed for commercial use to ensure foods with gluten-free labelling were really gluten free. We then offered it to consumers to provide peace of mind when that extra confirmation is needed. Even with pricing comparable to when we first released EZ Gluten® over 15 years ago, there’s only so much we can do to make things affordable while manufacturing everything in house and providing living wages and support for our staff. Two things we cannot compromise on are our staff and our quality. We know this means our product is not accessible to everyone, but we are committed to doing what we can to share our expertise and experiences with the gluten-free community.
- We develop original recipes to share with the community through our EZ Gluten® Test Kitchen. We even take suggestions and requests!
- We offer discounts and resources for educators and students using our product as part of classroom education and science fair projects.
- We provide presentations at expos, conferences, and to classrooms about keeping a gluten-free kitchen and lifestyle, both online and in-person.
- We share resources and information on our blog that we hope will provide assistance and guidance.
- We’re available to answer questions, regardless of whether you buy our product.
If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions we would love to hear them. Please reach out to us on Facebook or email us directly at info@elisa-tek.com.
OUR IMPACT PARTNERS
Our partners inspire us every day with their hard work, dedication, and altruism. We feel so fortunate to be able to support these organizations carry out their mission.
The Howard T. Odum Florida Springs Institute is a science and education-based non-profit organization. Their goal is to document Florida’s springs and educate the public about the threats that face them in order to ensure future generations can enjoy them.
The Florida Springs Institute is supported entirely by private donations and grants. Your charitable contribution can make a significant difference in their efforts to promote spring research and education efforts.
The Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce is a collaboration of caring citizens investing their resources in developing their community – together striving to improve the economic, civic, and cultural fortitude of where they call home.
The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
Contributing to the Boy Scouts of America creates opportunities for youth to gain memorable experiences and become instilled with values, principles, and skills that will help them develop into the future leaders of our nation.
Single Vision’s mission is to raise awareness and inform people about the plight of endangered animals in the wild. They hope this will inspire others to spread the word, increasing conservation and preservation efforts globally. To do this, they provide educational programs, tours with their animals, and other events.
Their efforts are funded by donations – regardless of how large or small – which also helps them care for their animals and increase awareness.
